Tracer l'ouverture de l'e-mail par le destinataire

When you include this option in your e-mails, the client e-mail reader will load an image using a special image handler generating campaign responses according received parameters in your CRM.
(Note that this option could also cause the blocking of emails by some spam filters, it work actually for 80% of sent mails)

Nouveau moteur d'envoi des e-mails

This new engine uses CRM Emails templates, understanding and extending its CRM expressions so you could adapt each email to the target customer.
You may optionally attach a document to each mail, but this is not recommended.
A better option is to attach a link to a download area on your Addon Nice Server where each user could download the common or personal document.
EMails are prepared from CRM data, generated directly or using the CRM batch mode, then they are sent manually using several transactions to avoid a massive approach.

Just send an email with a special link to a download area where each targeted user in the bulk email will be able to download its personal and private version.
This feature allows secure download of documents for registered users. No more unsecured and heavy attachments.
All managed by two new custom CRM entities: DownloadSession and PrivateDocument.
Prepare your sending inside a CRM Marketing campaign, load documents from :

• an xml file with columns for target customer (lead, account, contact), file name, folder path and title,
• a csv file with same columns,
• or a server folder file with files

The link inserted in the email will navigate to a special page where the customer could select its private files and download them, this page could require the user to register in Addon Nice to download.
